Our highest standard. These devices will show very little to no wear and tear at all. There are no big scratches or dents present on the device, but may show slight signs of use.
 
Grade B - Good Condition
 
These devices will show moderate signs of use such as small scratches or dents on the screen and/or housing as a result of wear and tear.
 
Grade C - Fair Condition
 
These devices will show high signs of use and may have deeper scratches on the screen and/or housing and dents.
