How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Canada typically takes 3–9 business days, and Express shipping takes 1–4 business days. U.S. orders ship in 4–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

How much is shipping?

- $16 Standard Shipping (Canada), $20 for BC, NS, NL, PEI, Territories
- $34–$39 Express Shipping (Canada)
- $18 Standard Shipping to the U.S.
- FREE Local Pickup in Thunder Bay & Terrace Bay

Do you ship to the U.S. or internationally?

We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping beyond these regions.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Yes! We accept returns or exchanges on most items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in original condition and packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Email us at sales@everythingmobile.ca to get started.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed or your tracking number isn’t working, email us and we’ll help investigate. Lost packages will be replaced at no cost to you. If you provided an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be your responsibility.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes! We specialize in professional smartphone, tablet, and device repairs. Whether it’s a screen, battery, charging port, or software issue — we’ve got you covered. All repairs are backed by a 90-Day Warranty against manufacturer defects (excludes accidental, cosmetic, and liquid damage).

What’s covered under your repair warranty?

Our repairs come with a 90-Day Warranty covering parts and workmanship for manufacturer defects. Physical damage, water damage, drops, or accidental misuse void the warranty.

Do you sell phones and tablets online?

No — device purchases like smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches are available for local pickup only. Any orders placed for devices with shipping selected will be canceled or fulfilled without the device.

Is BrüMate covered under warranty?

BrüMate handles warranty claims directly through their website or by emailing sales@brumate.com. However, we’re always happy to help! Contact us first and we’ll assist with troubleshooting or guiding you through the warranty process.

Do you offer a discount for first-time buyers?

Yes! First-time customers can use code FIRSTBUY10 for 10% off their first drinkware order (excludes coolers & accessories). One use per customer.

Do you offer wholesale or business services?

We do! Businesses can join our **repair wholesale program** or partner with us for custom laser-engraved BrüMate drinkware. Contact us to apply for wholesale repair pricing or discuss corporate gift ideas by emailing sales@everythingmobile.ca.
