Why Everything Mobile Sales?

Everything Mobile Sales has every product you need to stay connected in today's digital world. Our goal is not only to provide you with a large selection of products, but most importantly to operate a reliable and pleasant shopping experience for our customers to feel comfortable coming back again and again. Whether it be for a single charge cable, screen protector, or signal booster, our customer service is exactly what you would expect when you spend your hard earned money. We have a vast technical knowledge and hands on experience with all of our products that we are able to extend to our customers, and the easiest returns you could ever ask for if you are unhappy with your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within Canada, but international shipping is in the works!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE on orders of $50 or more. If you need expedited or priority shipping, we offer those services as well for an additional charge.

Can I track my purchase?

After your checkout has been completed we work hard to ship your item out to you right away. As soon as your product shipment has been confirmed we will send you a follow up email with tracking so that you can follow your purchase throughout the whole shipping process.

What if I do not like my item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have ordered the wrong item please don't hesitate to contact us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receiving your product. Simply send us an email with your Name, Order #, Item(s) purchased, and reason for your return to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we will start your refund process right away.

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories within 30 days of their purchase date. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

What if I have an issue with my item?

Electronic items are known to have rare defects from time to time, if you are experiencing any issues with your item we will take care of the issue to ensure a happy and fair transaction. Simply send us an email with your Name, Order #, Item(s) purchased, and a quick description of your issue to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we will start your return process right away.
