Our Shipping Policy

Order Status

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive a notification to the email address provided at checkout, which will contain the tracking number and shipping company. 

If you have placed an order for a Pre-Order or Special Order item, please note the estimated ship dates on these items. These dates are estimates obtained from the manufacturer and cannot be guaranteed by our company.

Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days. Order do not get shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email that contains tracking information once your item(s) have been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can take anywhere from 3 to 9 days for Standard shipping (Shipped via Canada Post) & 1-4 days for Express shipping (Shipped via Purolator) orders to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Delivery times for Standard and Express shipping are estimates and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times, especially if orders are delayed by the carriers or shipped to rural areas that require additional shipping services.


How much is shipping?

We offer the following services:

FREE Local Pickup (in Thunder Bay, ON).
Local Delivery - $10 for Standard Delivery (Free for orders over $100)

Standard - Free shipping to Canada in 3 to 9 business days, for orders over $100.00.
Standard - Ships to Canada in 3 to 9 business days, for $18.00.
Express (Approx. 1-4 Business Days) - Ships to Canada in 1 to 4 business days, for $29.99

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship orders within Canada.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

If you have not received your package, or the tracking number provided to you does not appear to be active, please send us an email to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we can start a claim with the shipping carrier.

In the rare event that a package is lost, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order for you. If an order is lost or returned to sender due to the wrong shipping address provided, we will not take responsibility for reshipping the order and in this case a replacement order can be shipped out at the buyers expense.

Our goal is not only to provide you with a large selection of products, but most importantly to operate a reliable and pleasant shopping experience for our customers to feel comfortable coming back again and again.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have ordered the wrong item please do not hesitate to contact us for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receiving your product. Simply send us an email with your Name, Order #, Item(s) purchased, and reason for your return to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we will start your refund process right away.

All items must be returned in original condition, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. 

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

What if I have an issue with my item?

Electronic items are known to have rare defects from time to time, if you are experiencing any issues with your item we will take care of the issue to ensure a happy and fair transaction. Simply send us an email with your Name, Order #, Item(s) purchased, and a quick description of your issue to sales@everythingmobile.ca and we will start your return process right away.

Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

*Please note that some brands (ie. Otterbox, Lifeproof, Native Union, BrüMate and Shokz) must directly handle any warranty claims after the initial sale. Please reach out to us first with any issues and we can provide the best course of action to get your item(s) warrantied/replaced, even if we can not handle it directly through our own channels.
