Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping carrier details.
*Pre-orders and special orders will ship based on manufacturer timelines. These are estimates and may change.
Delivery Times & Shipping Rates
Canada:

Standard Shipping (3–9 business days):
- FREE on orders over $130
- $16 flat rate for most provinces
- $20 for BC, NL, NS, PEI, Yukon, NWT & Nunavut

Express Shipping (1–4 business days):
- $34 for most provinces
- $39 for BC, NL, NS, PEI, Yukon, NWT & Nunavut
USA:
- Standard Shipping: $18 CAD
Local Pickup (FREE):
- Thunder Bay, ON
- Terrace Bay, ON
Devices: Local Pickup Only
Smartphones, tablets, laptops, and smartwatches are available for local pickup only. Any shipped orders containing devices will be cancelled or shipped without the device.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking number isn’t working or your package hasn’t arrived:
- Email us at sales@everythingmobile.ca
- We’ll help track it down and, if necessary, file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Lost packages will be investigated internally along with the shipping company used to place your order, and on conclusion, will be replaced at no extra cost. Orders with incorrect addresses that are returned to us will require reshipping at the buyer’s expense.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Complete with all original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories
To start a return, email us at sales@everythingmobile.ca with your name, order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using tracked, secure shipping.
Exchanges
Need a different size, colour, or item? No problem! We accept exchanges for unused products within 30 days. Buyer covers both return and replacement shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Return Labels
We do not automatically include return labels. However, we can issue a prepaid return label upon request — the cost of which will be deducted from your refund (unless the item is defective or incorrect).
Restocking Fees
There are no restocking fees for eligible items returned in original condition. Used or damaged items will not be accepted.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or stops working during the return window, contact us at sales@everythingmobile.ca with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll take care of it with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Most brands handle their own product warranties directly — including but not limited to:

- Otterbox
- Lifeproof
- Shokz
- UAG
- Hypergear
- Native Union
