Front Sales Associate

Thunder Bay, ON

Help customers with phones, plans, accessories, and product recommendations while delivering great in-store service.

Customer-facing role Sales & product support Tech-focused environment

What you'll do

  • Help customers choose the right phone, plan, or accessories
  • Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in-store and over the phone
  • Process activations, upgrades, and sales transactions
  • Promote current deals and add-on products
