At Everything Mobile, we stand behind the quality of our repairs and products. Here’s what you need to know about our warranty coverage.

📱 Repair Warranty

All in-store repairs are backed by a 90-Day Warranty from the date of service.

  • Covered: Manufacturer defects in parts or workmanship, display issues, battery defects
  • Not Covered: Cracks, chips, physical or water damage, third-party tampering, misuse

Note: Any physical or liquid damage will void your repair warranty.

🔁 Warranty on Certified Pre-Owned Devices

Our certified pre-owned devices are covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty.

  • Includes: power, screen, charging issues, battery performance
  • Excludes: water damage, drops, third-party accessories, cosmetic wear

🧩 Accessories & Small Electronics

New accessories are covered by a 30-Day Exchange Warranty against defects. Accidental or cosmetic damage is not covered.

Email sales@everythingmobile.ca with your name, order number, issue description, and photos if possible. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days.
