Rise Series FAQ

What beverages are compatible with Rise?

Rise is compatible with cold, non-carbonated beverages only. At high altitudes (such as airplanes), pressure may build inside. Open the lid slightly first to release pressure.

How do I switch from sip to chug?

To sip: Insert the ColdKey™ stainless steel straw and sip through the SoftSip™ straw without tilting.

To chug: Remove the metal straw and tilt the bottle to drink. Twist the straw halfway between open/close to remove it.

How long does it keep drinks cold?

Rise keeps beverages cold for 24+ hours. For best performance, use at least 50% ice.

Can I remove the silicone sleeve?

Yes. Slide the sleeve past the groove to remove it. All sleeves are top-rack dishwasher safe.

How do I wash my Rise?

All lids, straws, and sleeves are top-rack dishwasher safe. Most Rise bodies are also dishwasher safe — check the base for care symbols. Remove the sleeve and SoftSip™ straw before hand washing.

How do I remove the ColdKey™ metal straw?

Twist the stainless steel straw until the notch aligns with the vertical groove, then pull down to release it.

Does the Rise lid fit other products?

Yes. Rise lids work on both 25oz and 35oz bottles. Be sure to use the correct stainless steel straw length for each size.

Are there accessories for Rise?

Rise 25oz is compatible with 25oz lids and sleeves. Rise 35oz is compatible with 35oz lids and sleeves. Mix and match colors to build your perfect combo.
